Our Digital Piazza – Digital Empowerment Hub program helps both seniors and mentors:

We help seniors learn to use technology for communication, entertainment, online services, banking, social media, and staying connected.

For seniors, we will teach you how to:

• Use your technology devices (mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer)
• Watch news and videos
• Make video calls
• Access online banking and grocery shopping
• Access My Aged Care and Centrelink Online
• Engage with your hobbies & games
• Connect with your family and friends on social media

We help mentors with training skills to teach seniors about technology.

As a mentor you will receive:

• learning resources and guides
• Coles voucher
• training completion certificate
• police check (mandatory)
• follow up and ongoing support

We welcome seniors to join the Digital Mentoring Program and encourage volunteers to be a digital mentor.
