AMCS’ social support groups offer seniors a welcoming community where they can build meaningful relationships, engage in fun activities, and stay active. These groups are designed to enhance the wellbeing of our senior community by providing a sense of belonging and social engagement.

AMCS offers a variety of activities, from gentle exercise classes to creative workshops, cultural activities, and social outings. There’s something for everyone, helping seniors stay mentally and physically engaged.

We run a variety of Social Support Groups for communities from different multicultural backgrounds including Chinese, Eastern European, Filipino, Polish, Arabic and Italian. As demand grows for a particular culture, we create new groups.
